Brad Pitt has always been keen to escape his movie star looks in a bid to be considered a serious actor.

And it looks as if he has, as the Hollywood star received a ‘geek chic’ makeover for his latest film.

Brad Pitt

Widely considered one of the best looking men in the world, Brad Pitt’s golden locks have been shaped into an oddly coloured flat-top haircut for his role as humble gym employee Chad Feldheimer in movie ‘Burn After Reading’.

The father of four, was seen on set sporting the disastrous hair style, and bad suit – in the name of comedy of course.

Pitt is set to re-team on screen with his close friend and Ocean’s Thirteen co-star George Clooney, who has also signed on for the new project directed by the Coen brothers.

Clooney joked recently: “I’m working with Brad right now on this Coen brothers movie, which kills me, because he’s going to steal the movie and I’m going to murder him!”

There is no competition between the pair, Clooney insisted: “Honestly, though, I don’t like the idea of competing; it’s a weird thing, but you try not to compete in art.

“It always seems kind of strange. I could never do the things that Brad does.”

While director and writer Joel Coen said: “The film is about the culture of the Central Intelligence Agency [CIA] and the culture of physical fitness in Washington, D.C., and what happens when those two worlds collide. And it’s also about Internet dating.”

Meanwhile, Pitt and partner Angelina Jolie are preparing for the birth of twins.

The couple are already parents to Maddox, 6, Pax, 3, Zahara, 2, and Shiloh, 1.

Of his brood, 43-year-old Pitt has said: “We’re not done. They say, ‘Any plans for a fifth?’ And I say, ‘And a sixth, and a seventh, and an eighth, and a ninth.’ That’s my answer.”
