The randy man grabbed her breast before she picked up the Outstanding Achievement gong at last night’s Galaxy British Book Awards.
She also used the event to launch a jibe at royal rat Paul Burrell.
Burrell has called himself Princess Diana’s “rock” — but Ms Rowling, 42, said the word was “debased” and called husband DR Neil Murray her “brick”.
