“Resident Evil” heroine Milla Jovovich will play Steve Zahn’s wife in the newlywed thriller “A Perfect Getaway.”
The project revolves around a pair of honeymooners in Hawaii who run into two homicidal hikers, played by Timothy Olyphant (HBO’s “Deadwood”) and Kiele Sanchez (ABC’s “Lost”).
David Twohy (“The Chronicles of Riddick”) wrote and is directing the feature, which MGM is distributing. Production begins March 31 in Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
