The strange design is one of many featured in a book about bizarre tattoos.
Writer Aviva Yael invited people to send in pictures of their strange body art through her MySpace web page.
She got so many replies she put them in her book called No Regrets: The Best, Worst & Most ****ing Ridiculous Tattoos Ever.
Aviva said: “Since the book came out I’ve had hundreds of people from all over the world contact me, as far away as Singapore, Japan, and Australia.
“Mostly that it’s disgusting, funny, makes people laugh, and it is perfect as a toilet read. People constantly ask me how I found all of the tattoos.”
