Columbia City Councilman E.W. Cromartie has delayed an ordinance that would have made it illegal for people to have sex in city parks.
Cromartie said he was concerned that the ordinance would affect theaters, which sometimes have nude movie scenes. Council members are expected to vote on the ordinance next week.
