ALL men will be infertile within 60 years if the average sperm count keeps declining at its current rate, an expert warned yesterday.
Man-made chemicals found in items such as pesticide, meat and plastic have had a devastating impact on male hormone levels, Dr Fernando Marina claimed.
The number of healthy sperm in an average sample has fallen from 63 per cent 30 years ago to 42 per cent.
Dr Marina, of fertility clinic CEFER in Barcelona, Spain, said: “This is a very serious issue.”
